  • “For years on end, I had struggled with Anxiety, Depression and OCD. After lots of medication and many therapists, I thought I would go see your therapist. I was confused at first on what EMDR and exposure therapy was. After trusting the process consistently for 5 months I noticed a difference in the way I felt, acted and presented myself. I found who my true self is. It felt like I had lost 10 pounds of stress I was constantly hauling. I can’t thank Amy enough for all she has done for me over the past 5 months. It was exactly what I needed. I can now bring these skills I have learned with me to college and the rest of my life.”

  • “We were concerned about our son’s willingness to buy in to therapy especially at his age, but your therapist helped him feel comfortable and accept the support.  After several months of working with your therapist, the nightmares have been eliminated, the ADHD symptoms have been decreased to a manageable level and a number of past trauma events that were hidden and unmanaged have been resolved.  Harmony Creative Therapy helped our son in so many ways. He is a much more confident, happy, and well equipped young man today. We would highly recommend them.”

  • “I felt an instant connection with my therapist. She is warm, friendly and a great listener. During the course of our meetings, she introduced me to new creative strategies for thinking about my issues that were customized for me, based on her intuitive and expert observations. We also shared a connection in faith, which was very important to me. Also, because of my interest and background in music, dance and art we explored a variety of visual, music and movement based exercises, that helped raise my awareness of certain blocks and triggers that were keeping me stuck, and ultimately led to further healing. I am grateful for the self-discoveries and support I received at Harmony Creative Therapy and highly recommend them.”

  • "Our son with ASD has very limited verbal speech. After practicing conversation through song with [his music therapist], he is initiating and responding to conversation in public situations! As parents who would have done anything to help their son speak, we are so grateful that music therapy has indeed helped him to interact with others, share what he is thinking, and enrich his life by building relationships through verbal speech."

  • “My son has enjoyed Music Therapy.  He learns new skills and it keeps him engaged for the 30-minute session. During the shutdown, Music Therapy was the highlight to his week.”
